ikr, the thing is, when I see creepy men ard, I feel like being a misandrist but when I talk to guys who are so supportive, I can never see hate spreading against them, and that is the only reason I’m a feminist but not a misandrist, they deserve their rights.

Feminism needs people who are willing to think, revise, and listen, not just repeat lines. Your instinct to include men in the conversation comes from empathy, and that’s a good place to start. Over time, you’ll likely find that feminism isn’t about excluding men, but about refusing to centre them when talking about women’s oppression. By equity I mean providing opportunities to women and transgenders so they reach at the same level of basic rights as men.
